My name is Charlotte Howard and I will be your personal guide. I am a work at home mother of two very demanding bosses. My first boss Daija , I have worked for her 13 years and she gives all the orders. My second boss Daivontae, I have worked for him 4 years and he plans all the vacations.

Now I’m ready to help others cut through the learning curve and years of failures that most people won’t take the time to do. In the year 2000 I began my journey in the home based business arena.

After going from company to company without the guidance, support and resources in place. I failed to have success in my business, but I didn’t give up. If their is ever one lesson in life, I would give you. It would be to never give up on your dreams.

During my journey into the work at home atmosphere, I cracked the code to a foolproof plan to earn maximum revenue while sitting in the comfort of my home. This didn’t happen for me until I gain the support, guidance and resources necessary to succeed in a business.

Of course you can imagine, this made me very happy. I could now spend the time I wanted with my family and no longer would I have to work in corporate america again. I’m not saying this to brag, or throw it up in your face. However, I’m giving you the opportunity to allow our team to help you gain your life back as well.

I have been a licensed cosmetologist and beauty professional for 11 years+. I also have 5 years+ background in business marketing and development. I’m telling you this, because it doesn’t matter what your current background level, age, size, race, culture or living situation.

My point is this, if you have a desire to change your life right now and will allow us to help you. I don’t see a reason for you to hinder moving forward right now.

I worked for a corporate owned salon for 8 years and then finally after all those years of hard work. They didn’t want to write any check big enough for my time. Once your time is gone, what else do you have. Yes money will be here, but your time will not ever be able to be bought back.

I’m gonna be honest with you I got really sick and tired of working hard and not enough pay. So, I began my journey to move my lifestyle to a better one. Something that allowed me to help others, especially those who can relate to being overly worked for little pay. I wanted to help them get their life back and educate them on how to do the same.

I became really astounded by the progress I was having and then continued to show others how to take their hobbies and turn it into income. Over the years of looking, listening, and learning from my mentors. It was finally paying off by applying everything I learned.

Now, I have the ability to carry out several home based businesses successfully. It is nothing like working in a corporate salon or business. You know trading time for dollars and the company making all the money. While you do all the work, this wasn’t fair to you and I.



Yes, many of us started that way because we have been taught to go to preschool, go to elementary school, go to middle school, go to high school, get a job and go to college.

Most people who has done this concept, has struggled. While the rich continued to get rich and you being the employee, they never took the time to show you how to get ahead. Well that’s about to change for you, but only if you want it too.
