Every customer is important of course, but my most important customer today would have to be the soldier who called me from Iraq this morning hoping I could provide overnight service.  It seems he has been too busy staying out of harm’s way to get his girlfriend a birthday present.  We got her a beautiful personalized bathrobe and overnighted it right away
