The subject title says it all. I belong to a few networking groups. Although I do not use several as often as I used to I still visit at least once every one or two weeks to keep my appearance current. I tend to hook up with people who do the same.

I have listed the “mostly business” groups I belong to. These groups run from a pace of slow crawl to speed racer, but all serve a purpose and will help you get your name out and make contacts, more so, if you stop and comment or post once in a while.  Just a reminder that getting your name out in cyberspace is a double-edged sword. Calling another poster  an “ignorant butt head” or something similar, sadly, will follow you forever
